Simply use the phone and it will be answered by a very helpful receptionist who will listen carefully to what you have to say. If you are in pain, you will be seen ever so soon. Whilst visiting the Practice, there is a lovely family friendly atmosphere combined with expert professional care and attention. This homely approach is most impressive - especially for children, as it takes away any fear that one may have of going to the dentist. Such has been my experience over many years. So, if you want someone who will offer you their time along with excellent dental treatment, then I can assure you that Downshire Surgery is the place to be.

Firstly I want to start by saying i’ve been a patient of Traceys for many years, Ive even followed her from Belfast to Banbridge as I wouldn’t have anyone else treat me. She is extremely professional and highly skilled in her field of work. I’m very anxious, like many people about visiting the dentist and each and every time Tracey’s calm and caring nature makes me feel at ease as she always takes the time to reassure me before starting any treatment. Over the years I’ve underwent many dental procedures/treatment from professional cleaning, fillings, teeth whitening, 6 months smile, composites to botox all done to a very high, excellent standard and I’ve never had any issues with procedures/treatments I’ve received but i’m sure if I did Tracey would solve it ASAP, as she cares about her patients and treatment she provides for them. I want to take this opportunity to thank Tracey Campbell for always providing me with the best dental and cosmetic care over the years. Top quality job actioned by Tracey and the team. Years of dealing with a broken tooth which was removed and replaced to a very high standard. Tracey wasn’t happy with the first and sent it back, I thought it was perfect! Attention to detail.A course of teeth whitening followed and I have to say I couldn’t be happier.
